Festival L'Hora del Jazz is one of the key elements in AMJM's work to promote and raise the profile of the profession, as well as a tool for good practice in continuing to defend labour and professional rights. Each year, the festival programme is divided into L'Hora del Jazz a Gràcia, with Sunday-afternoon concerts at Plaça de la Vila de Gràcia in Barcelona, and L'Hora del Jazz in venues, clubs and spaces in various towns across Catalonia (Reus, Vilafranca del Penedès, Cambrils, Tarragona, Girona, Sant Vicenç dels Horts, Sitges, Bigues i Riells, Granollers, Lleida and Rubí). As usual, this year's line-up reflects the great variety of jazz on the Catalan scene, with a significant range of styles, ensembles and generations represented across the 17 scheduled performances. Premieres of projects and albums, unusual line-ups, and musicians of different styles, ages and backgrounds. SEE THE PROGRAMME.
