This anniversary is being celebrated across a broad geographical framework, initially highlighting its proximity to and belonging within the historic barri del Pi and Barri Gòtic, with collaborations and participation from spaces such as Ateneu Barcelonès and Col·legi Oficial d'Arquitectes de Catalunya (COAC), while the official anniversary keepsake has been commissioned from Ceràmica Villegas, creators of artist ceramics based in Barri Gòtic since 1970. The celebration will begin in January with the opening of the exhibition "Ara balla pel camí", a large-format exhibition tracing the history of the figures from 1601 to the present day. The exhibition will present much of the research carried out over the past decade at Arxiu Parroquial de Santa Maria del Pi, as well as in other archives. On this occasion, it will be held at Col·legi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya (COAC). On Friday 23 January, the former feast day of Sant Ramon de Penyafort, the anniversary's opening parade will take place, an emotional event beginning at the Pi and ending at the Cathedral.
