'Absurdist Dance. Choreography for Laughing' Workshop

Notes: for people of all ages and levels who want to move, laugh and have fun, with no previous dance experience —or with experience but no desire to take it too seriously—. This entertaining dance course is designed as a safe, playful and relaxed space to loosen the body, lose the fear of looking silly and reconnect with the pleasure of moving purely for enjoyment. Through simple choreography, body games and music from different decades —from dance classics to unexpected hits— we will work on letting go, musical listening and group connection, prioritising humour, spontaneity and laughter over technique. The aim is not to dance well but to dance without judgement, release tension, activate the body and enjoy movement as a shared experience. Mistakes, chaos and clumsiness are part of the game.
