'Activate Your Mind: the Brain in Action' Workshop

Teacher: Rodrigo Mardones. Are you worried about forgetfulness? Do you have lapses when trying to remember names? Do you notice difficulty with tasks you used to do easily? These and other issues related to memory, the brain and how it works will be addressed in the workshop. We will train different brain functions through highly dynamic exercises in a respectful, friendly and safe environment. The aim is to work on the cognitive strategies and functions that can make everyday life easier and improve people's quality of life.
