'African Dance: Guinea' Workshop

Workshop leader: Tamara André. We will explore the African continent through the rhythm of instruments and the stories accompanying dance. With the support of l'Associació Okan Collective and teacher Tamara André, the central role of music and dance in everyday life will be examined, creating a space of well-being and release where body and mind work together. The activity will develop coordination, memory and the pleasure of dancing.
