'African Dance' Workshop

Centre Cívic Cotxeres de Sants, Sants, Sants-Montjuïc
Teacher: Marta Casado. We will work on body awareness, coordination, rhythm, breathing, stamina and feeling in African dance. The dance we will practise is traditional to north-west Africa, specifically Guinea-Conakry. Its movements are very organic and are particularly useful for releasing the chest, head and hips, providing a great deal of vitality.
