'Afrobeats' Workshop

Teacher: Laia Vega. Have fun and learn the basic steps and postures of Afrobeats while finding your own style. Free yourself from inhibitions and learn to flow through dance. We will discover Afro groove by travelling through different countries and their rhythms: azonto, coupé-décalé, ndombolo, shaku shaku... Comfortable clothing and non-slip socks are required.
