"A man remembers a youthful love in this short film shot on video, which becomes a kind of formal collage featuring everything from an actor reciting Hermann Hesse to other literary quotations —notably the figure honoured in Correspondências, Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen—, as well as pictorial and musical ones. Godard can be detected, as can the great poetic and formal reference of Rita Azevedo Gomes's work, Werner Schroeter" (Luís Miguel Oliveira).
