'Archaeology: Who’s Who? Human Evolution Up to Date!' Workshop

Teacher: Victòria Medina. The history of human evolution is also the story of many protagonists. This course proposes a journey along the timeline of our past, constantly asking “who's who?” among the different human species that preceded us. From the earliest African hominins to the emergence of Homo sapiens, we will meet the main actors in this story: when they lived, what they were like, what distinguished them and what role they played in shaping our lineage. A clear and up-to-date journey showing how the mosaic of species that forms part of our evolutionary history gradually came together. A learning proposal that allows participants to begin exploring the subject while also delving into its most important aspects and latest discoveries.
