Discover one of the most essential and highly valued techniques in Asian cuisine: steaming. Learn how this cooking method better preserves the textures, aromas and nutrients of ingredients, creating delicate, light and flavourful dishes. We will explore different methods and traditions from across Asia while approaching a healthy, balanced cuisine deeply connected to its ingredients. Led by Jenny Chih-Chieh Teng.
