"Associació dones de Can Deu" Exhibition

Centre Cívic Can Deu, les Corts, Les Corts
A permanent exhibition at the civic centre recognising and highlighting our “Dones de Can Deu”, who have been part of it since 2008. Around 15 to 18 women attended the first meetings; over the years the group has grown and now includes around 70. Every Wednesday morning they meet in the assembly room and discuss a wide variety of subjects such as Catalan customs, traditions, history, art, psychology, sociology, feminism and more. Rodrigo Stocco, teacher of the centre's photography workshops, has also taken part in the project by photographing our women, creating a cross-cutting connection.
