'Autumn Baking' One-off Workshop

Led by Maribel Aguilella and Pau Lozano. Autumn arrives with the season's local produce; using it, you will learn to make an autumn roulade and basic pastry techniques: Genoise sponge, syrup, filling and coating. Plenty of chestnuts and sweet potatoes to welcome the season.
