In this workshop we will experience autumn through a creative and flavour-filled culinary journey, reinventing traditional tapas with seasonal ingredients and surprising techniques. An experience designed for enjoying cooking, tasting and discovering how autumn can become an explosion of creativity on a small plate. Led by Eva Alcaraz.
