'Autumn Flavours' Workshop

A workshop designed to celebrate the arrival of autumn through comforting, aromatic and flavourful dishes. We will discover seasonal ingredients, learn simple techniques for making the most of autumn produce, and prepare recipes combining the colours, textures and aromas characteristic of this time of year. When autumn arrives, markets fill with mushrooms, pumpkins, chestnuts and other seasonal treasures... and we will turn them into delicious dishes! An additional fee must be paid in cash on the first day of class. The classroom is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Teacher: Eva Alcaraz.
