'Autumn French Cuisine: Tradition and Modernity' Gastronomy Workshop

Teacher: Agnès Dapère. Discover French cuisine in a workshop devoted to autumn flavours. We will prepare balanced recipes that are easy to recreate at home, using seasonal ingredients such as mushrooms, pumpkin, sweet potato and pears. We will learn simple techniques and cooking tips to enjoy French gastronomy in a practical and accessible way. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and wear your hair tied back.
