Teacher: Eva Alcaraz. When the leaves begin to fall and the air turns cooler, the kitchen calls for spoon dishes. It is the season for stews, puréed soups, soups and comforting dishes. We will pay tribute to autumn cooking: recipes that comfort and ingredients that speak of the forest, the fields and damp earth. Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and wear your hair tied back.
