'Ballet for Adults' Workshop

Teacher: Roger Cabrera. We offer you the perfect excuse to return to classical dance or discover it for the first time. We will work on basic ballet technique and short choreographies that will help us keep fit and improve posture and body awareness. We will have a ballet barre to practise the technique properly.
