'Ballet' Workshop

Led by Valentina Consori. An introduction to the foundations of dance through the development of posture, coordination, balance and musicality using simple, progressive exercises. In a welcoming and stimulating environment, students learn fundamental movements and positions to encourage elegance and body awareness. Aimed at people over 18.
