Barcelona Gallery Weekend marks the start of the season each year with a special programme at the most significant contemporary and modern art galleries in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet. The exhibition programme, selected by a committee, is complemented by an extensive schedule of guided visits with artists and gallery owners, meetings and talks with professionals from the sector, performances, presentations, ARCO GalleryWalks routes, visits for families with children and other free activities.
