'Blind Wine Tasting' Workshop

A course in which we will use all our senses to learn about the nuances offered by a great wine. Each session will focus on a single theme and we will learn about the characteristics of existing grape varieties, differences in tasting and production across different areas of the Iberian Peninsula, and compare traditional winemaking methods with more modern ones.
