"Bodies, Movement and Harmonisation" Family Activity

Casal de Barri La Barraca del Carmel, el Carmel, Horta-Guinardó
A space to share, play and strengthen the bond between mothers and children through movement, music, breathing and massage. Through experiential and creative activities, we will discover tools to support more respectful, conscious parenting connected to each child's needs. An activity for nurturing bonds, sharing quality time and fostering relationships based on respect, affection and positive treatment. Led by PIAD d'Horta-Guinardó. Activity aimed at mothers with children aged 4 to 12.
