'Body and Emotion. Creative Body Process with Emotional Support' Workshop for Women

We offer a space for psycho-corporeal exploration and creation as a means of self-knowledge and a path towards transformation. A creative process for developing a personal and group project involving expressive arts, movement, the body and personal process. Through the creative process we will uncover what moves us and how it moves us. What issue is vital at this moment, and how can we access its channel of expression? Body, movement, dance and expressive arts will be the guiding thread through each personal theme. Led by Almendra Salazar.
