Led by Polly Casson. Come and dance Bollywood Zumba-style, with dynamic, energetic and fun choreography that is still easy enough to follow. In these aerobic classes we will exercise without noticing how much effort we are putting in. Fun guaranteed. Aimed at people over 18.
