'Capoeira' Workshop

Teacher: Marcelo Araujo. It is a dance, a fast and vibrant game, and a sport that works body and mind as a whole. It is a martial art encompassing several arts. Its movements encourage aerobic exercise and coordination. Anyone can practise it. Age is not an important factor.
