"Carlos de Jacoba + Ciutat" Concert

The meeting in Granada in early 2025 between flamenco guitarist Carlos de Jacoba and the producer duo Ciutat has given rise to one of the most unusual and interesting collaborations on the music scene. From this connection comes an album developed over a year of travel around the peninsula; a work that takes traditional foundations to reflect on what it means to live in the present. In this alliance, Carlos de Jacoba, from Motril, brings the weight of the Gitano heritage and avant-garde flamenco, backed by a solid career alongside names such as Diego el Cigala, Rosalía, Estrella Morente and Leonard Cohen. Meanwhile, Guillem Bergadà and Jordi Pareta (Ciutat) bring their electronic and downtempo vision, a sound forged in the Barcelona collective Mainline and in productions for artists such as Guitarricadelafuente, Chico Blanco and Mushkaa.
