'Ceviches' Workshop

Come and discover the art of ceviche! A culinary experience in which you will learn the essential techniques and different varieties of this fresh, flavourful dish. During the session we will prepare a ceviche and a tiradito, exploring their differences and preparation techniques, accompanied by a typical drink such as chicha morada or a non-alcoholic pisco sour to complete the culinary experience.
