Yoga for children combines movement, breathing, play and relaxation to support children's physical, emotional and social development. Through fun activities adapted to their age, children learn to understand their bodies better, manage emotions and improve concentration while enjoying a period of play and well-being. Led by l'Associació Esportiva Sant Andreu.
