Teacher: Muntsa Holgado. China has one of the world's most diverse cuisines, and Sichuan province is unique, an explosion of flavour. We will cook mapo tofu, dandan noodles, kung pao, hotpot, wontons, tagyan and the best stir-fried aubergines! Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and wear your hair tied back.
