Conference on "Barcelona and the Sky. Four Photographic Moments"

Sala Calidoscopi. As part of the exhibition "Barcelona i el Cel", a conference will address different aspects of photography in relation to aerial imagery, both from the perspective of photographers and of the different initiatives undertaken to conquer the sky. Participants are expected to include photography historian Pablo González from Observatori de la Vida Quotidiana, discussing the first photographic flights; geographer and former director of Institut Cartogràfic de Catalunya Carme Muntaner, speaking about the beginnings of city mapping; photographer Eduard Maynés, explaining the work carried out by HOLSA's photography team; and photographer and artist Martí Llorenç from Factoria Heliogràfica, presenting his artistic intervention in this field.
