'Conservatori Superior de Música Liceu' Concert

Show title: Liceu BLAM Collective. Rock. Barcelona. A sonic journey to the late 1970s and early 1980s with Liceu BLAM Collective, this year presenting a programme revisiting the AOR (Adult Oriented Rock) repertoire, with performances of emblematic pieces by bands such as Steely Dan, Toto, The Doobie Brothers and Fleetwood Mac. Teachers Pedro Campos and Alex Dee direct Liceu BLAM Collective, a modern-music ensemble made up of students from Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu. In its early days, the project received artistic and musical guidance from Michael League (founder of Snarky Puppy), and its sound is characterised by a vibrant and eclectic approach with a strong influence from Black American Music and African-American music more broadly.
