'Contemporary Dance – Movement and Expression' Workshop

Workshop leader: Claudia Auzinger. Through dance-improvisation tools and movement exercises, we will activate a versatile and responsive body and mind to drive and enrich each person's dance. We will explore how to move more efficiently and organically, focusing on different parts of the body as the engine of movement and working through the full range of mobility. At the same time, we will work with the body as a whole: its three-dimensionality and the flow of movement. The workshop is aimed at anyone keen to explore dance and bodily expression in an intense and dynamic way.
