'Contemporary Dance' Workshop

The contemporary-dance workshop provides a space for knowledge and experience through the body and movement, with the aim of enjoying the art of dance. Sessions will begin by applying various dance techniques to establish basic foundations, encouraging connection with the body and the sensations of movement through precise exercises and sequences that gradually increase in energy. From this starting point, we will explore dance as artistic expression through movement sequences and improvisation proposals examining different types and qualities of movement, as well as musicality, rhythm, gesture and individual expression.
