'Creative Dance and Body Awareness' Workshop *NEW*

Workshop leader: Claudia Auzinger. If you are looking for a gentler dance experience, this workshop explores movement and dance through guided improvisation and playful activities that stimulate creativity, so no previous experience is required. We will work on coordination, mobility and physical endurance, always adapting to each person's pace and abilities. Through individual and group exercises, we will investigate different qualities of movement, spatial perception and the body's movement impulses, creating connections with ourselves and with others through dance.
