Teacher: Muntsa Holgado. Cuisine from sea and land, from a territory where Phoenicians, Romans, Muslims and Jews have left their mark. We will discover the most representative and delicious dishes of this Mediterranean treasure. We will cook panades, flaó, alboronia, lobster stew, espinagada de Sant Antoni, lamb panadera... Bring an apron, a plain cotton cloth and keep your hair tied back.
