Led by Claudio Masala from TravelCook. Discover how the trade in spices and exotic products transformed the cuisines of East and West along the legendary Silk Road. We will delve into the cuisine of imperial China with dishes such as Tang Cu Li Ji (sweet-and-sour pork), Mongolian Hotpot and delicate dim sum. We will learn techniques, sauces and the history of Asian cuisine. Bring an apron and food containers.
