'Culinary Journey along the Silk Road' Workshop

This cooking workshop offers a culinary journey inspired by the Silk Road, exploring how spices and exotic ingredients connected and transformed the cuisines of East and West. The course focuses particularly on the cuisine of Imperial China, where participants will learn to prepare emblematic dishes such as sweet-and-sour pork, marbled eggs, the popular Chinese hotpot, dim sum and stir-fried beef with oyster sauce. It will also introduce sauces, seasonings and cooking techniques characteristic of Asian cuisine, in an experience combining history, culture and flavours. Led by Claudio Masala.
