"Dance Masterclass. Dance Workshop: Fluid Body"

Fluid Body is a contemporary-dance space open to everyone, with no previous experience required. Through movement, bodily exploration and awareness of space, participants work towards a body that is more available, sensitive and expressive. The workshop offers accessible tools for technique and improvisation, accompanying each person at their own pace and encouraging inner listening, well-being and freedom of movement. Led by Ada Continente.
