Dance Show "Obsequio"

Johann Pérez / La Cerda. Echoing past eras, when movement was offered as a tribute to honour kings and queens, Obsequio was conceived as a gift to delight the audience —the performer's true royalty— through the offering of a dance. LaCerda is a dance company that works through experience, sensation and visceral expression with the aim of reaching the primary nature of dance, which precedes word and concept. Since 2019, artistic direction has been led by three Latin American artists: Edward Tamayo (Colombia), Johann Pérez (Venezuela) and Valentina Azzati (Argentina).
