'Dance without Limits' Workshop

An inclusive dance workshop offering a safe and creative space for artistic expression. We encourage learning through dance using an adaptable methodology and creative approach to strengthen personal autonomy. Through movement we work on body awareness, coordination, balance, creativity, musicality and more. Inclusive dance is not only a therapeutic and educational tool but also a meeting space where everyone belongs and can express themselves freely. We break stereotypes and prejudices and dance without limits.
