Dinner under the Stars at Observatori Fabra

Observatori Fabra hosts "Sopar amb estrelles" during the summer months, an activity combining science outreach and astronomical observation with an appealing gastronomic experience. Dinners take place outdoors at one of Barcelona's privileged viewpoints. The evening begins with dinner, an imaginative and delicious astronomical-themed gastronomic proposal served on the terrace. This is followed by a visit to the museum, the Noucentista room and the transit telescope, before entering the great dome, which preserves its original elements. From the dome, visitors can observe features of distant constellations, stars and much of the Solar System using the 1904 telescope, one of the largest and oldest still operating in Europe.
