Led by Mònica Morales, Head of Technology Platforms at the CRG. Speakers: Eduard Sabidó, Head of the CRG/UPF Proteomics Unit, and Eva Julià, Senior Specialist at the CRG/UPF Flow Cytometry Unit. Today, cutting-edge technologies at the CRG (Centre de Regulació Genòmica) generate vast volumes of data every day to understand genes, proteins, tissues and cells, making it possible to observe life with unprecedented precision. But to what extent has science become dependent on technology? Do we truly understand how life works, or are we simply accumulating data? What role does AI play in all this? In this round table, experts in the study of genes and individual cells will shed light on these questions. An essential conversation for understanding where the science of the future is heading.
