'Environmental Sustainability in the Kitchen' Workshop

Taught by: Roger Zapatero. This workshop explores the relationship between healthy cooking, energy saving and environmental sustainability. The activity combines an explanatory section with a practical demonstration so that participants understand how to cook more efficiently, cleanly and in a balanced way.
