'Ethics for Inquiring Minds' Workshop

This course offers a journey through key philosophical texts that raise ethical questions which continue to challenge us. Moral action, its relationship with happiness and freedom, are recurring themes in the history of ideas, particularly addressed by I. Kant and J.S. Mill. Each session combines a clear introduction to the philosophical context of the work, a guided reading of the most relevant passages and an open debate in which everyone's ideas and perspectives take centre stage. It is not only about reading, but about listening, arguing and discovering nuances that allow us to build shared thought. Teacher: Lourdes Menéndez.
