This exhibition proposes looking, listening and perceiving gesture as the essence of artistic creation, and glimpsing the small imagined worlds that emerge from this process. Bric-à-brac, in French, refers to a collection of assorted objects: small pieces, odds and ends, curiosities and memories. The exhibition is presented as a personal bric-à-brac, a collection of recovered fragments brought to life through gesture. Opening: Tuesday 1 September at 19:00.
