Exhibition "Hijas del olvido"

«Hijas del olvido is the story of my great-grandfather, who disappeared in 1936 at the start of the Spanish Civil War in Fira (Badajoz), and of how, 87 years later, my grandmother and her sister were finally able to recover their father's remains, which had been thrown into a well more than 30 metres deep together with 19 other people, after decades of absence and uncertainty.» Photographs by Roberto Palomo.
