'Experience Barcelona’s New Opera Season' Cultural Workshop

Teacher: Cristina Álvarez. Are you passionate about opera? Would you like to keep up with what Barcelona has to offer? We will analyse in depth some of the season's operas at Gran Teatre del Liceu, Palau de la Música and other venues. We will discuss musical and stage direction, as well as the quality of costumes and cast, among other aspects. We will learn to develop a critical perspective on productions, debate their cultural context and discuss why they have been programmed in our city.
