A space for inhabiting the body through enjoyment and expression. Through simple sequences, coordination exercises, rhythmic work and guided explorations, we seek to awaken mobility, presence and personal musicality. Dance offers a way of encountering one's own body, other people and each person's history, while always respecting the group's pace, possibilities and needs. With Claudia Sprenger.
