Family Show "Amamá", by Ajayu Dúo
15 November 2026 · 10:00
Sant Andreu Teatre, Sant Andreu, Sant Andreu
Synopsis: an immersive concert that removes traditional hierarchies and places babies, families and musicians on the same level. Wordless music seeking maximum sonic diversity through timbral richness, contrasting environments and melodies in different scales. Amamá is an artistic experience that honours babies' remarkable musical intelligence and celebrates their bond with their families. Based on Paulo Lameiro's pioneering "Concerts per a nadons" —internationally recognised, with more than 1,000 performances in 63 countries since 1998— and grounded in Edwin Gordon's Music Learning Theory, Amamá represents the natural evolution of a model that has inspired hundreds of artistic projects for early childhood around the world.
