'Family Yoga (Ages 4 to 6)' Workshop

A family workshop for children aged 4 to 6 and their families (one adult per child). In this workshop we will work on bonding, self-confidence and trust in others through basic yoga postures. Bring comfortable clothing, a bottle of water, and socks or clean footwear for the activity.
