'Flamenco' Workshop

Teacher: Mariana Galarza. Flamenco is a discipline of strong contrasts combining strength, rhythm and elegance. We will learn its characteristics through simple choreography, working on posture and body awareness, with no previous experience required. Bring comfortable, flexible clothing and flamenco shoes or any shoes with a thick heel.
